12.50 - 14.00 per hour (DOE) We're recruiting a Team Leader for a center specialising in independent parenting assessments, supporting families to thrive. Established in 2017, this reputable center provides 12-week residential assessments, overseen by qualified social workers and dedicated family support staff. As Team Leader, you'll manage and support a team to deliver outstanding, person-centered care and guidance, ensuring family wellbeing and safety. Key Responsibilities
Lead team shifts, oversee family activities, and provide wellbeing support. Ensure family assessments and documentation (placement plans, reports, chronologies) are accurately maintained. Liaise with social workers, attend meetings, and supervise night staff. Conduct medication audits, health & safety checks, and incident reporting. Partake in on-call rota and maintain OFSTED notifications as required. Requirements
Resilient, motivated, and adaptable with strong communication skills. Demonstrated experience in family support, social care, or similar fields. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. IT literate, with the ability to maintain accurate records. Flexible and willing to work shifts. Full UK driving license and business insurance for your vehicle (required). Experience:
1 year of Team Leader work (required). Qualification:
Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. DBS certification (preferred). Ability to handle sensitive situations and support both staff and residents. Apply today
