Following a successful 2024, and increased demand for hires across the business, we are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our internal team of two and assist in further developing our direct hiring efforts.

In this role, you’ll work with hiring managers across the business and the recruitment team to deliver high calibre candidate shortlists across varied technology-focused opportunities, both perm and contract. You will be supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on your own direct hiring campaigns, as well as working externally with agencies where necessary, always ensuring we are hiring the top talent within the industry. About You: You’ll have the natural ability to converse and develop relationships with a variety of people in different roles, whether that’s internally with stakeholders or externally with agencies or candidates at all levels. Previous experience in a recruitment delivery role (Internal or Agency based) Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal A passion for highly professional customer service, administration, and organisation Proactive work ethic, who enjoys working independently, with support from the wider recruitment team What do our Internal Recruiters do? Supporting internal Hiring Managers and working with the recruitment team to deliver high-quality candidates to a variety of ongoing permanent hiring campaigns across the business. Working with internal sales leads on client-side resource augmentation opportunities (Contract). Talent pooling candidates from our internal database. Using LinkedIn to search for relevant candidates across vacancies, including pipelining future talent for repeat campaigns. Regular communication and contact with candidates to keep them informed. This will include scheduling interviews, making offers, providing interview feedback, and supporting/oversight of client onboarding. Liaising with clients in relation to open vacancies and arranging interviews/availability with them directly. Managing external recruitment agency relationships (briefing them on new assignments, reviewing candidates, setting up interviews, providing feedback, etc.). Continuing to build out our Icon Associate Network (IAN) and keeping in regular contact with our best talent to enable a pipeline of future candidates to hire. What do they Enjoy the Most?
