They are seeking a dedicated Residential Sales Valuer to join a well-established team in Telford. As their Residential Sales Valuer, you will be essential to the property valuation process, managing appraisals, responding to vendor inquiries, and increasing property visibility through targeted marketing efforts. The package Salary: Up to £30,000 basic plus uncapped OTE of £40,000+ Working Hours: 5-day work week on an alternate week rotation: Week 1: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Week 2: Tuesday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm The role Conduct property valuations and arrange market appraisals Register potential buyers and provide a tailored service to meet their property requirements Market properties through detailed descriptions, social media channels, and mailing lists Generate new business enquiries Conduct accompanied viewings if and when needed, showcasing key property features to prospective buyers Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors, ensuring clear and timely communication Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract new clients Request and manage customer reviews to uphold service standards Contribute to a collaborative sales team environment, working to achieve set targets and goals The person 1-2 years valuing experience (essential) Minimum of 12 months experience in residential sales or a similar role (essential) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in social media for property marketing purposes Customer-focused, with a commitment to providing exceptional service Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently
