Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the R&D team, overseeing project development and laboratory tests Innovate and improve both products and processes while ensuring efficient resource allocation Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Quality Control, Production, Purchase Office, and Technical Department Manage and coordinate R&D projects and laboratory tests, ensuring progress tracking and alignment with the Parent Company Carry out research on new suppliers and alternative raw materials, optimising product performance and reducing costs Assist the RDQ Manager in coordination, reporting, planning, budgeting, and project development

Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

Proven experience in R&D within a manufacturing environment Strong leadership and coordination skills Excellent knowledge of project management principles and practices Knowledge of laboratory testing methodologies Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Desirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in the development of innovative products Familiarity with sustainability and environmental considerations in product development Knowledge of alternative raw materials and their applications Understanding of quality control and regulatory requirements in manufacturing

Technologies:

Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in R&D and project management
