Level 3 Qualification in Early Years. Full induction and in-house training provided. The company offers staff benefits and is committed to progressing staff within our settings. Key Responsibilities: Have a strong knowledge of the EYFS. Strong understanding of safeguarding of children. Take responsibility for the education and development of children, carrying out observations, completing planning in accordance with children's individual interests, and monitoring children's progress. Liaise professionally with parents, colleagues, and other professionals. Work effectively as part of a team, contributing ideas to enhance the children's learning environment and ensuring inclusive practice. Ensure that children's transitions run smoothly, taking into account children's development and emotional well-being. Attend all team meetings and be open to personal development. Be available to perform any ad hoc duties as required. Adhere to and implement the Nursery Policies and Procedures. Training:

Available from level 2 to level 5, including Forest School. Leadership and management training available. Job Type:
