We are looking for a
Pest Control Technician
for a temp to perm position in the Southwark area to start immediately. Hours:
36h, Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm, 1 day 8 am to 5 pm Pay rate:
£16.11/h PAYE (extra rate paid for overtimes and being on stand-by) Responsibilities: To deal with various infestations and carry out appropriate treatments for: Commensal rodents, squirrels, cockroaches, bed bugs/fleas, moths/flies, tropical/garden ants, wasps/hornets, stray dog collection/transportation, pigeon clearance/proofing. Surveying properties and premises. Carrying out proofing work to control and prevent infestations. Providing advice to customers and taking payments. Experience / Requirements: BPCA or RSPH Level 2 qualifications. Full UK driving licence. Flexibility and ability to work on demand. Excellent communication skills. Ability to write reports and update spreadsheets. Experience with traps, poisons and pest control equipment. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
