An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to become part of our Caring Team. You will be responsible for caring for our residents under the guidance and supervision of our Home Manager. We are looking for someone who can make a real and positive difference to the lives of our residents by building meaningful relationships with them, whilst showing respect, kindness and consideration. What you will be doing: Working as part of our team, you will make certain that we fully meet residents’ medical, physical, and emotional requirements. Ensuring compliance with our clinical governance framework, you will champion residents’ safety and dignity and drive continuous improvement, whilst acting as a Health Care Assistant for the service users. What we expect from you: Genuine interest in working in a caring environment. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels. A team player who is willing to undertake relevant training. Determined to drive continuous improvement.
