What are we looking for?
We are looking for a self-motivated, bright individual that is willing to learn new skills. The applicant must have good customer service skills and the ability to work as a team. Experience in a pharmacy is preferable; however, training will be provided.
Job Role
Roles of the job include:
Maintaining stock levels in the dispensary
Assembling dossette boxes/blister packs
Handling patient queries about their ailments
Safely advising patients on over-the-counter medication
Ordering patient's medications
Handling, assembling and dispensing prescriptions
Liaising with GP surgeries about prescription and repeat prescription order queries
Aiding pharmacist with general routine dispensary duties such as stock intake, tidying the dispensary, date-checking, etc.
Promoting the pharmacy's services.
