Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a portfolio of high-growth SME clients, acting as their primary strategic advisor. Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients. Develop and implement bespoke growth strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs. Drive business development by identifying opportunities for new client acquisition and expanding existing client relationships. Oversee the delivery of client services, ensuring excellence in service quality and client satisfaction. Mentor and guide junior team members, helping to develop their skills and careers. Essential Skills and Experience Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA) or equivalent professional qualification. Proven experience in managing a diverse portfolio of high-growth clients. Strong business acumen with the ability to create and execute growth strategies. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. Advanced knowledge of cloud accounting systems and financial technologies. Ability to delegate effectively and handle complex challenges with professionalism and tact. Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering strategic value. Salary & Benefits Competitive salary up to £65,000 (DOE). Flexible working arrangements possible.
