Client Interaction: Respond promptly to enquiries via email, telephone, and online portals. Budget Management: Collaborate with the Head of Block Management to review and manage budgets. Maintenance Scheduling: Organise both planned and reactive maintenance for each development. Information Dissemination: Regularly update stakeholders with essential information. Compliance Management: Ensure all Health & Safety documents and tests are up-to-date, including Fire Risk Assessments and Electrical Certificates. Site Inspections: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to maintain high standards. Candidate Profile
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with recent experience within the last 6 months. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Dropbox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer. Driving Requirements: A full UK driving licence, daily access to a car with Business Use insurance. Communication Tools: Own a mobile phone with a contract suitable for business calls and data usage.
