CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a well-established SME based in Ferndown, Dorset, who has a newly generated requirement to hire a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. This role will primarily focus on team management and maintenance of the day-to-day finance function, freeing up the Financial Controller's time to focus on strategic elements.
What will the Finance Manager role involve?
Daily management of a small finance team including credit control. Oversee credit control operations with process improvements where necessary. Support with all elements of transactional accounting. Balance sheet reconciliations & month-end adjustments. Assist with project-based finance tasks in partnership with the Financial Controller.
