We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our pupils. Job Description: As a Teaching Assistant at The Enterprise Learning Alliance, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioral, emotional, and learning difficulties. You will work closely with teachers and other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting students with their learning and development. Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons. Providing one-on-one support to students as needed.
