Team Manager Responsibilities
The Team Manager is responsible for the smooth running of the MASH team and triage process. They will provide advice and guidance to all team members, both internal and external agencies. Key responsibilities include: Chairing team meetings and representing MASH in various forums. Signing off Safeguarding Concerns Forms to ensure appropriate legislation has been followed. Providing supervisory support to Advanced Practitioners.
