Anatomic Pathologist

The Anatomic Pathologist at IQVIA is responsible for examining samples from organs and other tissues most commonly acquired through surgery and bodily fluids. What you’ll be doing: Engage in clinical trials work and contribute to cutting-edge treatment development. Career enhancing opportunity to work at the cutting edge of treatment development in a wide variety of malignancies, joining an existing team of 5 consultants, using histopathology, immunohistochemistry and fluorescent in-situ hybridization. No requirement for participation in surgical cut-up / trimming, gynae cytopathology or autopsy work. What We Are Looking For: Medical Degree (Doctor of Medicine, or foreign equivalent). GMC qualification. Specialist registration (FRCPath). 7-10 years of relevant experience – working in a reference lab, contract research organization and/or in clinical trials. The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role: Ability to bring projects and deliverables to completion under timeline expectations. High ethical standards.
