We’re looking for talented graduates with big ambitions to become future leaders at ABP, the UK’s biggest port operator. With a starting salary of £32,000 and a rotational scheme covering a number of different placements, our two-year Graduate Training Scheme gives you a 360-degree view of our organisation, providing you with the skills and experience you need to launch a successful Port Management career. Prepare to be challenged You’ll be given real responsibility early on, working closely with Port Managers and other senior leaders on big projects. The scheme is designed to challenge, as well as give you vital experience in Operations, Commercial, Port Management, Compliance, Strategy and Project Management. You’ll be based in the Humber region (Hull or Immingham), with the opportunity to spend at least four months working at one of our other UK ports. We’re looking for graduates with a 2:1 or above, with the potential to become a future leader in Port Management. You’ll also need a positive attitude, great team working and communication skills, and the drive to make a real difference. Although you’ll primarily be based in the Humber, you should also be willing to travel or relocate around the UK to our other locations. After submitting your CV, successful applicants will be invited to complete online competency tests, followed by a video interview and then, finally, an assessment centre.
