About the Property Lawyer opportunity: Sellick Partnership is proud to be working with Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council on an exclusive basis for the recruitment into their legal team. We are looking for a Property Lawyer to join the team on a permanent basis at a really exciting time. It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking for that next step in their career! Key responsibilities of the Property Lawyer role: Depending on the level of experience, the lawyers in the property team deal with the following type of work: Leases of industrial units and lease renewals. Section 106 matters. Right to buy matters. Option agreements and development agreements. Planning enforcements. Residential and commercial property. Sales and acquisitions. Highways matters.
