As the Project Manager, you will be reporting to a visiting contracts manager and be responsible for overseeing the project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Managing the expectations of the clients and maintaining clear and effective communication Ensuring the project is running in line with the programme Managing budgets, schedules, and resources Mitigating risk and resolving any issues that arise during the project Ensuring compliance with H&S standards Liaising with architects, design team, and subcontractors to ensure successful completion of the project Requirements for

Proven experience as a Project Manager within Main Contracting Track record of successfully delivering projects with high-end finishes Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills Experience with D&B contracts CSCS, 1st Aid, and SMSTS Solid technical knowledge and previous experience on concrete frame buildings Exceptional attention to detail This is an amazing opportunity to join a reputable contractor who has won awards for their projects and has a strong pipeline of projects for 2025.
