We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. The role involves supporting the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, maintaining databases, and assisting with administrative tasks. Duties:
Answering the telephone / dealing with enquiries
Advertising new vacancies
Conducting initial candidate screenings and assessments
Interviewing candidates
Working closely with the manager to arrange staff shifts
Right to work checks / compliance
Skills:
Computer skills to a good level (Microsoft package)
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal work colleagues
Good telephone manner
Must have Full UK Driving Licence as some onsite work will be required
Hours of work:
9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday
9am - 3pm Friday
