As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers in conjunction with the Registered Manager. Assessment of care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs of care. Supporting management and engaging in reviews, audits, and evaluations. Supporting care governance, quality management, and contributing to continuous improvement. Minimum Requirements:
NMC registration. Experience working in a Care Home or Community setting. Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities is desirable. Benefits Package:
