About the team

Our Exams team is committed to providing a supportive exams environment for all candidates. We work in a fast-paced office that requires excellent attention to detail and organisation skills to provide a good standard of customer service to other establishments.

About the role

The apprentice's position will be assisting in the daily execution of OnDemand and series-based exams, regular awarding body data checks, exam bookings and preparation, as well as supporting the access arrangements and reasonable adjustments implementation process.

General responsibilities:

Assisting with OnDemand and series exams

Data inputting and data checking

Assisting team with data upkeep and accuracy

Answering and responding to phone/email enquiries

Communicating with other teams within the college

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will:

Have a good level of English and maths, minimum GCSE grade 4 or equivalent

Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Have attention to detail and the ability to understand complex information

Have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to engage with people both in person and on the phone
