Distribution Under the Pallas Group umbrella, we have two purpose-driven, ambitious brands inspired by a passion for excellence within the funds management and property industries. Pallas Capital is a debt and equity fund manager specialising in the financing of Australian and New Zealand Commercial Real Estate. The business was established in direct response to the growing lack of credit in Australia’s mid-range property market; a situation exacerbated by the shortage of reputable, risk-adverse, non-bank lenders. Fortis, our property development business, has a portfolio of more than $750 million in successfully completed residential and commercial projects, with a further $560 million to be completed by the end of the year. Due to continued growth, Pallas Group's Distribution team has an opportunity for a Client Relationship Management Specialist to join the team. Job Description

About the role This role is responsible for managing and optimising the relationships between Pallas Group and its clients. Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Pallas clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Serve as the main point of contact for Pallas clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly. Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention rates. Manage a portfolio of clients (HNW $500K and below), ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the company's products/services. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure the client’s needs are being met efficiently. Prepare and deliver regular client reports, performance reviews, and business analysis. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings. Resolve issues or complaints effectively, working with other departments to find timely solutions. Gather and document client feedback and suggestions for product/service improvements. Report client trends and issues to management, contributing to the development of new strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Coordinate and participate in client-related events, such as meetings, conferences, or special engagements. Represent the company at industry events, maintaining a professional approach and promoting positive client relationships. Desired Skills and Experience

About you Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in customer relationship management or account management. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with grace. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret client data and feedback to drive improvements. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Knowledge of the industry and the ability to stay updated on industry trends. Strong sense of accountability and ownership in managing client relationships. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service. The people are entrepreneurial, and the business is young and proving itself fast: it is a great time to join the group. Pallas is committed to growth and to involving high performers in the achievement of results. The role suits candidates with energy, ambition, and technical capability. This is a real opportunity for someone to make an impact and show what they are capable of next. Importantly, we seek to make Pallas Group a great place to work. We care for our team inside and outside of work, and we provide a dynamic work environment where we work together collaboratively. Given our size, our people are given the opportunity to make a difference, own the work they do, and grow their career as the business continues to grow. To Apply
