I am currently recruiting for a fantastic local business with big plans. They are continuing to expand and, as a result, are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join the team.

General Responsibilities:
Supervise the AP/Billing functions. Implement new systems to improve efficiency. Support the Aged Payables assistant with processing invoices. Responsible for the AP payment runs. Support the Billing Clerks with processing of invoices. Supporting the month end close with Billing/AP. Reconciling, producing month end reports. Oversee the month end processes, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations. Consult with the external auditors. Work closely with the Credit Control function to identify and analyse root causes for delays in collection of debt. Ensuring audit/statutory compliance. Co-operate with all staff and consult with clients, maintaining good relationships with outside agencies and the legal community to uphold the Group's image and gain increased support for its work. Actively support and promote the Group and all its policies. Perform any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job and role.
