Your New Role

As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for the preparation of monthly accounts and the analysis of key financial information. This is an extremely varied role working closely with our other global offices, requiring you to develop a varied skill set. Your key activities will include: Assisting in the preparation of monthly accounts, including consolidated accounts within the group. Assisting in the year-end preparation of statutory financial accounts. Analysing key financial information. Preparing statutory returns, including government and industry body surveys and Companies House updates. Reviewing Purchase Orders and processing journals in the accounting system. Preparing monthly prepayments and accruals. Preparing monthly VAT returns. What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you will need: Around 3 years' experience working within a finance function with responsibility for managing and processing accounts. A degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel. Accounting qualifications from a recognised industry body. Experience with finance for a multi-entity group of companies.
