We are a dynamic and forward-thinking Data Visualisation team expanding our capabilities into the Power BI platform. Our mission is to transform complex data into insightful and user-friendly visualisations that drive decision-making and business success. We are seeking a talented Data Visualisation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualisation and experience with a variety of tools and platforms. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and creating detailed dashboards from disparate data sources. A bit about the job:

As a member of our Data Visualisation team, you will build automated, self-serve dashboards. Working with our Lead Developers to design and develop efficient data models, you will extract, transform, and visualise data providing informative, easy to use dashboards. Using agile methodologies, you will work in sprints to offer our users high-quality MI at pace, tracking progress through Azure DevOps. You will be responsible for improving and enhancing existing dashboards and driving efficiency and simplifying reporting for colleagues across Commercial Lines. Our Data Visualisation team supports a user group of over 1000 users across UK General Insurance, designing and delivering enhancements that provide insight and understanding on financial, operational, and governance aspects. Accurate and timely MI is an integral part of this objective. The role will require the successful candidate to stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in data visualisation. Perth, Norwich, or London. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Proven experience with Power BI and other visualisation tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Python. Strong understanding of data integration, ETL processes and source control. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building strong internal and external relationships. Circa £30,000.

London Salary

Circa £40,000. (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications) Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s. Generous
