You will be part of a team developing and formulating construction products, chemicals, and compounds. The role is based in the UK, but some overseas travel will be required. Responsibilities:
Project Lead:
Lead and manage business critical projects, from exploration to launch, putting customer needs at the heart of everything. Product Development:
Hands-on approach to formulating and testing of innovative products and prototypes as well as data analysis. You will turn data into information and communicate findings across the company. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work alongside culturally diverse and international teams, contributing to continuous improvement and high-performance standards. Minimum Requirements:
Educational Background:
A degree in a scientific discipline (e.g. Materials Science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering). Experience:
2-3 years of experience working as a scientist or project leader, with a proven track record of managing and leading projects. Skills:
Strong project leadership and communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation. Ability to turn data into information and what that data means. Curiosity:
An inquisitive mind, persistence, tenacity, and an ability to think outside the box. Offerings:
