Role Responsibilities: Audit Assignments : Oversee various audit assignments, including reviewing financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with regulations. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
Coaching and Training : Guide and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills. Effective coaching contributes to a strong team.
Client Capital, Billing, and Debtors : Understand clients' financial structures and investment decisions. Handle billing and manage debtors (clients who owe money).
File Reviews : Regularly review audit files to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Offsite Work : Occasionally work outside the office, such as visiting client sites or conducting fieldwork.
Requirements: ACA, ACCA qualified, or equivalent. Demonstrable experience managing a portfolio of clients. Experience in team management, including coaching juniors.
