Commercial Property Solicitor
Eden Legal is a dynamic, niche law firm based in Perth with a focus on agriculture, rural property, and commercial property. We are looking for someone to join our team to focus on the commercial property side of the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to develop a side of the business where there is huge scope for growth. Eden Legal is a small boutique practice, with a solid, quality client base that generates repeat business. We are looking to build on this and grow our capacity to service our clients' commercial property needs. We deal with a very wide variety of transactions, including sales and purchases, leasing, and renewables, and our clients range from sole traders to international businesses. Our new team member will be supported to develop experience in more complex transactions and will also have flexibility to pursue any areas of work that are of particular interest to you within the scope of what we do.
You will have:
Minimum of 2 years PQE within Commercial Property
Excellent communication skills
The desire to work within a niche law firm where you will be the point of contact for Commercial Property
