is currently looking for a

SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

with Treasury experience for a role based fully remote.

Scope:

Our client requires an experienced Project Manager with experience of SAP S4 Hana & Treasury Finance.

Required skills: 10+ years Project Management experience working in large programs, leading cross-functional teams. Ability to work in and support EMEA time zone (CET time zone) and some part of US (EST time zone). Six Sigma/Process Excellence and/or Project Management/PMP/FPX certification. Strong project management and analytical skills - experienced in using tools like JIRA, Planview, MS Project. Experienced in developing team and leading team project delivery. Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners/teams. Well defined problem solving. Strong sensitivity for dynamic and multi-cultural environments.

The role: Applies project management tools and methodologies to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, and on-scope. Includes planning, directing, coordinating, executing, and controlling the activities and resources related to new and current Finance Transformational projects in compliance with SDLC & Program timelines, budgets, policies and strategies. Leverages in-depth knowledge of the sector, organizational vision, Finance/Treasury function, and cross-functional teams to ensure project is managed within timeline and budget requirements. Manages local or/and global, cross-functional team effectively and drives alignment in a global environment. Provides structure, direction and decision making to the team. With oversight and input, defines actions that need to be taken to achieve project objectives. Quickly and effectively prioritizes critical deliverables/goals/initiatives and manages resources in difficult, complex, or crisis situations. Fully engages others by asking incisive and provoking questions, always ensuring mutual understanding, particularly when encountering conflicting opinions. Creates compelling negotiating positions that build support and consensus among key stakeholders. Challenges the positions of others to reach win-win outcomes. Manages change by creating structure and providing clear direction when facing ambiguity and uncertainty. Measures performance to targets and implements remedial actions as instructed. Collaborates and communicates effectively with key business and IT partners across multiple levels in the organization. Provides daily/weekly/ad hoc project tracking and dashboards to IT & Business PMO and leadership.
