The Business Support Manager will be responsible for supporting an efficient and effective administrative/business support provision to the Community Service Manager, ensuring service delivery in partnership with the local management teams. We are looking for candidates with senior administrative experience who have experience of working in a community setting.
Reporting directly to the Community Service Manager, the post holder will be responsible for coordinating effective and efficient secretarial and administrative support across community, specialist nursing services, and Single Point of Access. The post holder will be responsible for the management of their own work and the day-to-day management and supervision of the administration and other support staff, ensuring that tasks are prioritised and actioned in a timely manner and in line with data security and performance requirements. The post-holder will be responsible for managing the business functions of the department as well as supporting the Community Service Manager, working closely with the senior leadership team and partners (e.g., finance, HR, performance) to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
