Business Analyst - Molecular Breeding Rate range: 500 GBP/day HYBRID | 3 days in the office/week Contract duration: 6 months Location: London

JOB DETAILS

Required Core Skills: Master's or PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field. Project Management or Agile certifications. More than 5 years of experience in R&D (seed development, breeding, or trialing as an advantage). Clear understanding of LIMS and Lab space capabilities with functional experience in one or more systems. Proven track record of Business Analysis in an agile and DevOps environment.

Detailed Job Description: Assess current client business and operations processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and document potential gaps. Facilitate discussion to solidify functional requirements in adequate detail for transition to configuration. Serve as an interpreter between the technical team and the client, translating information system specifications into related business requirements that non-technical audiences can understand. Lead Product Development topic discussions to understand client's business process gaps and develop road maps for advancement in their programs. Lead configuration of customizable and off-the-shelf software in the Trialing space to meet delivery and deployment requirements. Identify, document, and delegate completion of business requirements. Participate in resourcing discussions to determine best fit for the identified project activities. Ensure execution of configuration activities to meet project delivery milestones. Function as liaison between client project teams and technical implementation associates, as applicable based on the project team assignment. Regularly interact and communicate with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for questions and issue resolution. Create or review project documentation. Maintain Quality assurance and testing templates. Create training guides. Coordinate maintenance-related activities post go-live.
