Realistic earnings:
Year 1 - £30,000 - £40,000
Year 2- £40,000-£50,000

About the role:
This is a fast-paced and exciting role that offers a lot of variety. With people at the centre of everything that we do, you will be good at building and maintaining relationships. You will be responsible for attracting the best teachers and support staff to join our agency, always making sure that our candidates are suitable to work with children. You will be actively involved in the promotion and marketing of our candidates to our partner schools and matching teaching talent with their vacancies. Just like any recruitment or sales role, you will be determined, resilient, and driven to succeed.
Working hours:
Term Time – Variety of shift patterns of 7.00am – 3.30pm /7.30am-4.00pm/8.30am-5.00pm (8 hour working days).
Half term – 9.00am – 3.00pm Monday – Thursday and Fridays 9.00am – 1.00pm.
Deal breakers:
The role is office-based.
Must hold a valid driving license for travel aspects of the role.
