CIPD Level 7 qualified
HR professional with experience in HR policy development, employee relations, and staff development, or have equivalent recognised HR generalist experience at a
senior level . You have excellent communication and analytical skills, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are proactive, self-motivated, and committed to promoting equality, diversity, and safeguarding. You possess
a can-do attitude
with the ability to remain calm under pressure and when supporting managers and employees with the resolution of differences. You are flexible, adaptable, and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Your highly developed communication skills enable you to convey complex information effectively, and you have a knack for building strong partnerships and working relationships.
