Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Industrial or Driving biased Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates in various positions while building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of recruitment expertise and sales acumen, enabling them to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Salary from £24k DOE - OTE up to £65k

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Strategic Recruitment Development:

Design and implement proactive recruitment strategies that align with client requirements and industry trends.

Talent Sourcing:

Identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through various sourcing channels, including networking and social media.

Interview and Selection Process Management:

Oversee the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and facilitating communication between clients and candidates.

Negotiation and Offer Management:

Negotiate compensation and finalize employment offers, ensuring alignment between client expectations and candidate needs.

Candidate Support:

Provide comprehensive career advice, including CV optimization and interview preparation, to enhance candidates’ chances of success.

Networking for Business Development:

Actively network to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.

Essential Skills:

Exceptional Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients and candidates.

Proficient Talent Acquisition:

Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting top talent through diverse methods.

Technological Proficiency:

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to streamline processes.

Organizational Skills:

Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Social Media Utilization:

Expertise in leveraging social media platforms for recruitment and candidate engagement.

Prioritization and Multi-tasking:

Ability to manage competing demands and ensure timely completion of recruitment activities.
