Key Responsibilities: •Maintaining gardens and green spaces to a high standard, including weeding, pruning, planting, and lawn care. •Creating and developing planting schemes and seasonal displays. •Using and maintaining gardening tools and machinery safely and efficiently. •Managing composting and waste disposal. •Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients (if applicable). •Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times. About You: The ideal candidate will have: •Proven experience as a gardener or in a similar horticultural role. •Strong knowledge of plants, soils, and seasonal care. •Ability to operate gardening machinery and tools. •A proactive and self-motivated approach to work. •A keen eye for detail and creativity. •Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. •Relevant qualifications in horticulture (desirable but not essential).
