Salary: £24,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Hours: 45 hours per week on average Location: [Cambridgeshire] Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Gardener to join our team and help maintain and develop beautiful outdoor spaces. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a love for horticulture and a keen eye for detail to work in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: •Maintaining gardens and green spaces to a high standard, including weeding, pruning, planting, and lawn care. •Creating and developing planting schemes and seasonal displays. •Using and maintaining gardening tools and machinery safely and efficiently. •Managing composting and waste disposal. •Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients (if applicable). •Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times. About You: The ideal candidate will have: •Proven experience as a gardener or in a similar horticultural role. •Strong knowledge of plants, soils, and seasonal care. •Ability to operate gardening machinery and tools. •A proactive and self-motivated approach to work. •A keen eye for detail and creativity. •Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. •Relevant qualifications in horticulture (desirable but not essential).
