We are looking for a committed Catering Manager in a High School in Hexham with immediate start. Working hours:

08:30am - 2:30pm With Ripple Education, you'll have opportunities to develop your skills and receive bespoke support and training, whilst becoming a valued and respected member of the Ripple community. Minimum Essential Requirements

Right to work in the UK Minimum of 2 references Enhanced DBS Child Workforce on the Update Service Experience/Qualifications

Have basic food hygiene certificate Experience of working in a primary school kitchen Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare, cook and serve food following agreed menus and accommodating any special dietary requirements. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the school kitchen including equipment and surrounding working areas. Set up and clear away after lunch including washing up and cleaning tables. Comply with all food and Health and Safety standards and regulations. Take responsibility for maintaining and ordering stock and ensure appropriate storage and labelling procedures are followed.
