Ideally you should be confident in delivering a good service within a very fast-paced team and hit the ground running to take on a wide variety of civil and commercial disputes including but not limited to Business disputes (Including shareholder, partnership, director disputes) Debt recovery, statutory demands and contractual disputes Intellectual property disputes (Copyright, Trade Marks, Passing Off, Patents, and Confidential Information) Business Sale Disputes and Warranty Claims Retention of Title Disputes with customers Insurance matters Public Procurement Disputes Franchise disputes advice for franchisees Franchise dispute advice for franchisors Regulatory Work for Doctors Career development is excellent and is clearly set out for fast progression.
