Customs Freight Forwarder , you will take ownership of the

end-to-end shipment administration process , ensuring compliance with all customs regulations and striving to enhance service efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage shipments independently, adhering to customer agreements. Accurately classify tariff headings for customs duties, VAT, and other charges. Address and resolve irregularities in processes or systems. Communicate updates on import/export restrictions and unforeseen charges to stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with departments, clients, suppliers, and government agencies. Collaborate with the Manager to propose and implement service improvements, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within the Freight Forwarding Industry. GCSE Grade B or higher. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent telephone manner and communication skills. Confidence in decision-making under pressure. A proactive, reliable individual with the ability to adapt and embrace change. Desirable:
