Product Owner QA Platform

who will lead our QA initiatives in alignment with our QA strategy with an emphasis on QA automation. We believe in empowering our product teams to take full ownership of their products, including quality assurance and testing. The QA Platform team plays a vital role in supporting this by providing QA frameworks and expert guidance to the product teams. You will collaborate closely with these cross-functional teams to drive value, align with our strategic objectives, and ensure a seamless developer experience. The QA Platform team’s efforts will focus on critical initiatives such as implementing a group-wide test strategy, developing automation frameworks, enhancing test tools, managing test data, and optimizing our testing environments. You will work closely with the QA Architect to help him shape the QA strategy for Kramp. What is your role and your focus? Define and communicate the QA Platform's vision and mission. Align initiatives with the technology strategy's goals. Set and track metrics to measure success, driving ongoing improvements. Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Create clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with developers, platform teams, QA architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback. Advocate for test automation and strategic initiatives to drive adoption and engagement. Delivery & Performance: Ensure QA implementation supports platform quality and stability. Track and report KPIs, including security, cost control, and developer satisfaction. Identify and address risks in platform initiatives and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Who are you? For this job we have a couple of requirements: You have proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a cloud or software development environment. You effortlessly align with stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. You are passionate about driving change and have a knack for getting others excited about new directions and innovations. You excel at clearly prioritizing tasks based on organizational needs, team dynamics, and stakeholder input, ensuring that the most critical projects always receive the focus they deserve. Plus: You have a good understanding of Quality Assurance and automation frameworks. What do we offer? We are an ambitious, fast-growing, and financially sound organization.
