Bulk , you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, contributing to the seamless integration of technology to enhance business operations and world-class customer experience. You will be responsible for capturing and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional and technical documentation, using methodologies and techniques appropriate to specific projects and functional domains to ensure that change is delivered successfully. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to comprehend business processes and needs, influencing them to identify and agree on solutions communicated to partner and technology teams. Analyse current business processes, seeking ways to enhance efficiency and exploring new approaches to business activities. Evaluate information from various sources, reconcile conflicts, document business requirements, and distinguish user requests from true underlying needs. Prioritise business requirements based on importance, impact, time, and cost. Document existing and future core processes and associated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Collaborate with teams to implement automation initiatives improving efficiency and reducing manual efforts. Support project test phases by building test cases aligned with our business needs and validating solution design. Plan acceptance of new technology and processes into production use in coordination with business and project teams. Contribute to the design and architecture of processes, systems, and applications in alignment with business objectives. Stay updated on technology trends in e-commerce/D2C retail, proposing innovative solutions for the health and nutrition sector. Introduce an end-to-end business process framework supporting multiple project streams and functional areas. Challenge and drive business units and projects to reassess assumptions for successful change adoption. Support and mentor colleagues in business process adoption and evolution, facilitating feedback among key stakeholders, project teams, and operational teams. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Ideally, you'll have experience in a D2C eCommerce/retail business and technology stack (e.g. Finance, IP&P, Manufacturing, logistics, ERP, WMS, MFP, Analytics, eCommerce, etc.) Expert knowledge of business process design and structured functional and non-functional requirements analysis techniques. Seasoned in using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis. Experience in contributing to solution design documentation e.g. functional specifications, AS/TOBe process diagrams, scoping documents. Previously managed solution testing, including Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Systems Integration Testing. You're no stranger to effective Project Management principles (Waterfall and Agile). Good grip on the design, build, test, and implementation of technology solutions. Knowledge of business analysis methodologies such as use cases/stories, and business process modeling. You're a practitioner of change management, ensuring process and system change land effectively. Able to offer innovative and creative yet pragmatic and effective solutions; a lateral thinker who does not compromise delivery and implementation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a project team across multiple stakeholder groups, both internal and external, aligned to the goals and deliverables.
