Responsibilities Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the needs of individual students. Provide one-on-one support to students, ensuring they understand the curriculum and can participate fully in classroom activities. Help create a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages learning and development. Monitor student progress and behaviour, providing feedback to teachers on individual performance and areas for improvement. Facilitate small group tutoring sessions to reinforce learning objectives and enhance understanding of subjects. Support students in developing social skills through mentoring and guided interactions with peers. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a collaborative approach to education. Assist in maintaining a safe and organised classroom environment conducive to learning. Experience Previous experience working with children either in a nursery or school setting is highly desirable. A background in tutoring or mentoring is beneficial for this role. A qualification or training in early years education or a BA degree from the UK or overseas would be desirable.
