Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

to lead and optimise our revenue generation strategies for SaaS-based products in the fintech and regtech domains. The CRO will oversee all aspects of revenue generation, including sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven ability to scale revenue, develop innovative go-to-market strategies, and build high-performing teams in a competitive market.

Develop and execute comprehensive revenue-generation strategies aligned with the company’s vision and objectives. Establish and monitor revenue targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and growth milestones. Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities to expand revenue streams, focusing on SaaS products in fintech and regtech.

Sales Leadership

Drive sales performance, overseeing the end-to-end sales function, including pipeline growth and deal closure. Implement data-driven sales methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Marketing Oversight

Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies with revenue goals, ensuring data-driven campaigns that boost customer acquisition and retention. Strengthen the brand’s positioning as a leader in the fintech and regtech sectors.

Customer Success & Retention

Develop strategies to maximise customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value. Oversee seamless onboarding processes and ensure continuous client support through close collaboration with the customer success team.

Partnership Development

Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand market reach. Build alliances that complement SaaS offerings and strengthen the company’s ecosystem.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with product, operations, and finance teams to align strategies and drive organisational growth. Foster a collaborative culture that prioritises accountability and results.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles in revenue, sales, or marketing, particularly within SaaS-based industries. Deep understanding of SaaS product development, go-to-market strategies, and subscription revenue models. Expertise in sales and marketing methodologies, customer lifecycle management, and market expansion strategies. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Experience scaling revenue for high-growth SaaS companies, particularly in the fintech and regtech sectors. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
