We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Manager to join an industry leading business located either in York or Leeds. Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing a comprehensive finance service, supporting key directorates to achieve their objectives and drive efficiency.
Competitive salary up to £55,000 (dependent on experience)
Flexible hybrid working model – 2 or 3 days in the office

Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end finance support to the directorates you partner with, including budgeting, forecasting, and periodic reporting.
Deliver accurate and timely financial and management information to support cost control and the achievement of financial objectives.
Offer insightful financial planning, analysis, and advice to guide decision-making.
Work on business cases, presenting financials in a clear and consistent format.
Immerse yourself in the departments you support, aligning financial analysis and reporting with departmental goals to drive meaningful outcomes.
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, enabling faster and more accurate data delivery across the business.
Be proactive in making recommendations for business improvements and drive them through to completion.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified in ACCA/CIMA/ACA.
A commercially minded finance professional with a proactive approach to problem-solving and efficiency improvement.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and delivering management information in a fast-paced environment.
A team player who can build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
