Job Overview
Role:
We are seeking a talented Production Sourcing Coordinator to support the sourcing and management of vendors for the company’s marketing activities. The successful candidate will help to oversee the procurement of all marketing items whilst managing timelines, COGS, approvals, and design creation.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Helping to manage the sourcing and procurement of all marketing items and packaging for company influencer boxes and other marketing activities.
Partnering with Product Development, Marketing, and Operations Teams on the development and execution of timelines.
Researching appropriate vendors for the company’s marketing needs.
Collaborating with suppliers on specs and pricing.
Securing all necessary approvals for items procured.
Overseeing quality control of all items procured both marketing and packaging.
Creating Bill of Materials as needed.
Creating Cost of Goods sheets.
All other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
At least 1-2 years of experience in skincare /colour cosmetics production or product development.
Must have experience in sourcing.
Must be familiar with packaging.
Must have experience in quality control.
Must have the ability to work in/with cross-functional teams.
Must pro-actively approach problem-solving.
Must have the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Must be organized and adaptable to assist in multiple projects at once.
Must be detailed-oriented this role is responsible for reporting.
Must feel comfortable being driven by deadlines with a high sense of urgency.
