Join us as a Performance Display and Social Specialist and you’ll be a big part of this. Key responsibilities Under the direction of the Affiliate and Performance Display and Social Lead, coordinate day-to-day performance display and social activity for B&Q & TradePoint (across the UK and ROI), including strategic recommendations. Support trading activity and promotions, as well as new range launches, adapting to trade plans and budget directives. Make strategic recommendations supporting the Affiliate & Performance Display and Social Lead to align all activity with the overall performance media strategy. Use Data Studio, Facebook, and Google Analytics for analysis and reporting on performance to key stakeholders. Build strong relationships with the social team and the Digital Advertising Manager. Engage with Category teams and Online Trading Managers to understand their priorities and communicate display and social support. Conduct competitor research. Collaborate with the Go To Market team on seasonal responses and data insights. Educate internal departments on channel requirements and opportunities. Support the Affiliate & Performance Display and Social Lead in implementing the performance display and social strategy. Coordinate app marketing activity with Merkle. Brief paid social creative with our in-house digital studio and Merkle, ensuring timely and on-brand delivery. Develop and report on tests and initiatives with Merkle. Audit and optimize performance across the channel for efficiency and growth. Maintain knowledge of social and display best practices and developments through self-driven learning and agency relationships. Work towards or exceed channel KPIs. Conduct data-driven testing to improve performance. Quickly identify performance issues and communicate resolutions to relevant stakeholders. Required skills & experience Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly. Attention to detail and results-driven mindset. Able to build strong relationships across the business and with external suppliers. Collaborative and proactive team player. Self-motivated and agile individual thriving in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on display and social experience highly desirable. Passion for the latest digital media trends and best practices. Solid understanding of attribution. Google Ads certifications in display desirable. Understanding of digital ad platforms, DSPs, Facebook, Pinterest, and Google Analytics desirable. Commercial mindset with understanding of measurement frameworks. Ability to analyze performance of display and social campaigns and make optimization recommendations.
