£13.00 - £14.50 per hour + Holiday Pay + Pension Scheme Alcedo Care is a compassionate and dedicated care provider offering high-quality care to older adults, children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), and children with complex health needs. We are currently looking for reliable, empathetic, and committed Night Home Care Workers to join our team and provide exceptional care to those who need it most. Role & Responsibilities:

As a Night Home Care Worker at Alcedo Care, your key responsibilities will include: Providing personal care and support to older adults, children with SEN, and those with complex health needs. Assisting with mobility, medication administration, and basic health monitoring during the night. Ensuring a safe and secure environment for the individuals in your care. Offering companionship and emotional support to help improve the quality of life for those we care for. Communicating effectively with families, other carers, and healthcare professionals. Helping with tasks such as feeding, bathing, and dressing, ensuring the comfort and dignity of each individual. What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided. A caring, compassionate nature with a passion for improving the lives of others. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work night shifts. A strong understanding of safeguarding, health, and safety protocols. A valid driving license and access to a car would be advantageous but not essential. What We Offer:
