Senior Residential Support Worker Whitchurch, SY13 Salary: £26,624 - £27,872 (£12.80 - £13.40 per hour) plus approx. £3,000 to £6,000 sleep-in allowance pa. We have excellent full-time opportunities for Senior Residential Support Workers to join our team in our children’s home in Whitchurch. We are looking for a motivated and energetic candidate who has a passion and drive to support children and young people aged between 8 and 18, who are in need of support and guidance. Many of our homes are EBD based and are looking for a Senior Support Worker to help reach the potential of our children and young people that we support. We are looking for committed individuals with experience of effectively supporting children and young people in a number of settings, primarily their residences and excursions. A proven ability to care for and relate to children and young people is essential, as well as being able to work as part of a team. Key Requirements

Are you motivated, determined and resilient? Are you able to adapt to challenging situations and work in a team? Can you work sleep-ins? Do you hold a Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent? If the answer is “Yes” then we encourage you to apply. Our Benefits Include:
