About the role:
We are looking for experienced care assistants to work for a leading care provider in the local area, to work with adults with various complex needs. This will be done within a care home setting working as a team member around Goole, also the surrounding areas. Duties will include: Creating a home environment that exceeds the needs of the adults, enabling them to develop their characters, feel safe and enrich their lives. Providing a stimulating environment, implementing educational, personal and social development of the adults. Contributing to the resident's care plans and risk assessments. Supporting residents with personal care and manual handling. Meeting the emotional and physical needs of our residents and maximising opportunities for their development. Promoting independence and supporting residents with daily tasks. SHIFTS:

FROM £12.82 /HR This is an ongoing temporary role. Candidate requirements:
A minimum of 12 months of working experience within a care setting in the UK. Trained to use hoist and rotunda. Operate with a caring, compassionate, and empathetic attitude. Excellent timekeeping and communication skills. The ability to accurately follow instructions and keep records. Flexible in their approach and sensitive to the needs of residents.
