We have an amazing opportunity to join a supportive Children's Residential Service in Worthing, supporting 4 children with learning disabilities in a beautiful new house. Responsibilities: Leading the shift Caring for and supporting up to four young people in the home, helping them develop, grow and lead happy fulfilled lives Creating a homely, nurturing environment where young people can thrive Organising activities, helping young people learn new skills, achieve their goals and have fun!
