Opportunity: We have a fantastic opportunity within our Talent Acquisitions team for a proactive, hands-on, experienced early careers recruiter. The successful candidate will be a proactive, organised, and collaborative individual who takes the initiative in leading on all early careers recruitment cycle activity. This is a fantastic opportunity that could lead to a permanent role after the fixed-term contract phase. Key Responsibilities: Talent Attraction:

Identify and execute initiatives to attract top talent. Pipeline Management:

Oversee and manage candidate pipelines effectively. Coaching:

Guide candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process. Events:

Host and attend promotional events to enhance recruitment efforts. Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support. Team Support:

Provide coaching and support to colleagues within the recruitment team. Reporting:

Produce insightful reports to inform decision-making. Project Support:

Assist the Early Careers team with talent attraction campaigns, reviews of the selection process, and optimising the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maximise effectiveness and efficiencies. Key Requirements: Experience:

Minimum of two seasons/cycles in early talent acquisition. Goal-Oriented:

Ability to plan, multitask, and achieve targets. Resilience:

Remains calm under pressure and operates effectively in a dynamic environment. Stakeholder Skills:

Strong ability to manage and collaborate with stakeholders. Communication:
