Hire Controller

The Role Reporting into the Hire Desk Team Leader, you will work as part of our experienced team on our busy hire desk. As part of your role, you will build great working relationships and share your product knowledge, which you will use to translate your customers’ requirements into the rental products and services that meet their needs while also maximizing sales opportunities. As a Hire Controller, you will embrace our “Customer First” culture, resolving any issues quickly and keeping your customers informed so that they feel truly valued. Additionally, you will manage the hire contract administration and ensure that this is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Naturally, you will be a great coordinator who enjoys planning, organizing, and working in a busy, upbeat modern working environment.
